1.1 Cancellation by Customer:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support team.
- Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer accepted.
1.2 Cancellation by Symbicroft Biotech:
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability or payment issues.
- In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Claims must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product, along with proof (photographs or videos).
2.2 Non-Refundable Items:
- Products that are used, opened, or tampered with are not eligible for refunds.
- Workshop or training fees are non-refundable once the program has started.
2.3 Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after providing necessary details.
3. Return Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3.2 Return Process:
- Contact customer support to initiate a return and obtain a return authorization.
- Ship the product to the address provided by our team, along with proof of purchase.
4. Workshop or Webinar Cancellations
4.1 Cancellation by Customer:
- Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled workshop or webinar. A full refund will be issued.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will not be refunded.
4.2 Cancellation by Symbicroft Biotech:
- If a workshop or webinar is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be given the option of a full refund or rescheduling.
